I ordered a shaving mirror for 83£, it is the same product as the standard quality brands, I was expecting more than that and I paid 5£ extra for shipping because of the order delivery between 1-3, but I made the order on the 22nd and the product arrived to me on the 28th.

Having read previous reviews, I chanced my arm & ordered a mirror. My only gripe with the company, was I had a question & tried to call the number a few times, but to no avail could I speak to a human being! I ended up going through the cyba chat, which while was ok, would have been so much more simple to talk to a human being. Having said that, the mirror I picked in the end was perfect for my new bathroom, so I need not have worried.

I bought this mirror for my hallway, unfortunately it was a tad bit too small for the space so with a heavy heart I had to return it. However that didn’t take anything away from the mirror. It is a solid mirror and the design is beautiful and will instantly elevate any wall space. I would definitely recommend, and guys at Bathlab couldn’t be nicer and easier to deal as well 10 out of 10 for both product and service.

Product arrived as described and of good quality, sadly the reason for my lower rating is that it took a week for this to arrive. No, I didn't ask for express or special delivery but carrier pigeon would have been quicker. If I had known how long it would take I would have ordered elsewhere.
