Free delivery on orders over £500
We offer free standard delivery on orders over £500 to most of the UK. However your order is being delivered, we will always make sure that you know when it is coming. For orders under £500, please see delivery costs below:
Small items (taps, shower brassware, accessories)
Standard delivery (3-5 working days) - £3.95
Express delivery (1-3 working days) - £7.95
Next day delivery (order by midday) - £10.95
Large items (basins, toilets, furniture, shower enclosures & trays)
Standard delivery (3-5 working days) - £29.00
Express delivery (1-3 working days) - £39.00
Next day delivery (order by midday) - £49.00
If your order consists of large and small products, you will only pay the large item delivery fee.

How long will delivery take?
On each product page you will see a delivery time. Many of our products are available from stock and are available on a next day basis if you select our express service options. Other products will take a little longer as advertised, but if a product is not in stock with us or our suppliers we will mark it as "out of stock" rather than selling it to you and then letting you know there is a delay. In all instances you will be made aware when your order is going to be delivered.
When will delivery be?
In all cases, either we or our delivery partners will let you know when to expect delivery once your order has been dispatched.
Small items (taps, shower brassware, accessories etc) will be sent out with parcel couriers and in most cases you will be sent tracking information so you know when to expect delivery.
For large items (basins, toilets, furniture, shower enclosures & trays) either we or our delivery partners will contact you (once the order is dispatched) and arrange a suitable delivery date with you so that you can arrange to be present.

How will my order be delivered?
Small items such as taps, shower sets, accessories and wastes will be delivered by a parcel courier service.
Large items such as basins, toilets, furniture and shower enclosures will be delivered to you on a pallet. The delivery driver will not bring the delivery inside of your property but will try to move the pallet as close to it as they can. We recommend that you have people on site for delivery to help take it in and inspect it. Please inspect the pallet upon delivery (the driver should allow you time for this) and note any concerns on the delivery note. After delivery, please thoroughly check your delivery for any damage or missing items and, if required, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that this is to inspect for damage and does not affect your statutory rights with regards to product defects or faults.
We strongly recommend that you do not book an installer until you have your products and have made sure they are suitable for your bathroom. We will not be liable for any costs incurred for any plumber's costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.
