Unfortunately the order l made with BathLab wasn't the right size for us. However they have been excellent in responding to my request for a refund. I would not hesitate in using them again.

Biggest thank you to Greg and all of his efforts with my order. Most of the items I had initially ordered items that were then out of stock, however after speaking to Greg he gave me multiple options to choose from. He then sent detailed updates of when items arrived and pushed for deliveries to be out to meet my deadlines. Thank you so much again and really appreciate all of the help!

Sometimes problems happen with clumsy delivery firms which happened in my case but Greg and his team were straight on it and i had a replacement mirror within 2 working days. Impressive.
