Product arrived as described and of good quality, sadly the reason for my lower rating is that it took a week for this to arrive. No, I didn't ask for express or special delivery but carrier pigeon would have been quicker. If I had known how long it would take I would have ordered elsewhere. Didnt want to be negative but you have badgered me for the review since it was delivered.

The vanity unit we received was damaged so I contacted the company and Greg was extremely quick to rectify and send out a replacement. Really pleased with our vanity unit, sink and tap and looks amazing in our en-suite. While the vanity unit was great quality, the main reason for 5 stars was the amazing customer service received, very quick and efficient.

Very pleased with the Shower Tray. Service was ok & Bathlab were helpful. Delivery was fast though I personally think 7 am is too early to be delivering, particularly if it's to a business address

Communication was excellent even before purchasing the product. They answered any questions we had about the product. Ordering was very straightforward. Delivery was quick and we were kept updated regarding delivery times. We haven’t fitted the towel radiator yet but I would have no issues about contacting Bath Lab if I have any further queries.
