Orderd a concealed cistern from BathLab as one we’d ordered from elsewhere was damaged and the customer service was terrible so I tried BathLab for the same item and the service was excellent. The confirmation email contained a phone number (many places hide their phone number) and I was kept updated with the progress of my order. I opted for the standard delivery and the item arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I’ll be fitting out two bathrooms later in the year and will definitely order from BathLab.

BathLab has an easy to use and informative website with a clear delivery guide. I received tracking information and my items were delivered in three days as promised. The sink/cabinet and tap are of excellent quality and exactly as on the website, they were also at an excellent price.
