Orderd a concealed cistern from BathLab as one we’d ordered from elsewhere was damaged and the customer service was terrible so I tried BathLab for the same item and the service was excellent. The confirmation email contained a phone number (many places hide their phone number) and I was kept updated with the progress of my order. I opted for the standard delivery and the item arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I’ll be fitting out two bathrooms later in the year and will definitely order from BathLab.

Really pleased. Just to note I only required the grill and this is a complete shower tray trap/waste and grill.
Fits my resin slate tray perfectly. I'd already fitted a fast flow trap which has slightly different fittings .
